Paytm is hiring for the role of Collections - Junior Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned.
- Meet the Target on the product assigned for Collections.
- Ensure legal guidelines are compiled for the entire collection structure in letters and sprits.
- Ensure that the collection agencies and In-house collectors adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Monitor collection agencies and In-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of relevant experience in Collections role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Negotiation skills - Strong bias for driving results in a High-performance environment
- Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
- Working Knowledge of Computers
- Growth Mindset
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation
- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
