Key Responsibilities
- Customer Visits & Engagement – Negotiate repayment plans and maintain relationships.
- Debt Recovery – Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment issues.
- Compliance & Reporting – Maintain accurate records and adhere to policies.
- Customer Retention – Educate customers on repayment benefits and future credit opportunities.

- Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BA, or related).
- Willing to travel (owning a vehicle is a plus).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
