Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive outbound/inbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Remind customers of outstanding payments and discuss available payment options.
• Inform customers about overdue balances and potential consequences of non-payment.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements that align with both customer and company interests.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Engage with customers professionally and courteously, even in challenging situations.
• Follow up with customers who have committed to payment arrangements to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities.
