Collection – Motor Finance/Commercial Vehicle Job in Saharsa at Tata Capital

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle overdue accounts across buckets as assigned .
• Conduct customer field visits to follow up on overdue EMIs.
• Educate customers on repayment obligations and resolve repayment issues.
• Negotiate settlement/payment plans as per policy.
• Coordinate with repossession teams for non-cooperative/skip cases.
• Maintain collection MIS reports and update system records regularly.
• Liaise with legal team for initiating legal processes where required.
• Work with agencies for skip tracing & recovery.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory/compliance guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers while ensuring recovery.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure recovery in delinquent cases.
• Achieve monthly collection & resolution targets.
