Collection Manager – TW Loan Job in Malda at Tata Capital

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overdue accounts within the Two Wheeler loan portfolio.
• Ensure collection targets (current bucket, 30+ DPD, 60+ DPD, and NPA reduction) are met.
• Lead field collection executives, agencies, and legal recovery teams.
• Allocation of monthly collection targets to team/agency and periodic performance review.
• Conduct skip tracing and field visits for high-value delinquent or difficult cases.
• Maintain compliance with RBI guidelines and organizational policies during collection practices.
• Generate MIS reports for recovery performance, bucket-wise collection status, and NPA trends.
• Recommend settlement or legal action for chronic default accounts.
• Coordinate with legal team for issuing notices, arbitration, repossession, and auction of vehicles.
• Implement customer negotiation and repayment plans to improve recoveries.
• Manage and maintain relations with repossession vendors and auction houses.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of delinquency management & risk assessment.
• Ability to manage field teams, agencies & tele-calling operations.
• Knowledge of legal collection processes and compliance norms.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret MIS & portfolio trends.
• Proficient in Excel & collection management tools.
