Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Do collection call on personal loan for collecting EMI & Charges
- Look after customer queries and try to resolve the case in the best possible manner.
- Update daily achievements to superiors.
Requirements:
- Experience in Tele calling, NBFC.
- Good Communication Skills
- Graduation
- Spoken Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, Punjabi, Gujarati, any South regional language.
