Coding and AI Trainer Job in Allahabad at Cograd

Cograd is looking for passionate and technically sound Coding and AI Trainers to deliver practical and engaging training programs across India. This role involves teaching foundational and advanced programming and AI concepts to school students, teachers, and community learners through a variety of national-level education projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Python, C++, Scratch, and AI concepts for learners in:
• Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs)
• Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs)
• Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)
• Community and society-based tech workshops
• Student Innovation Clubs
• Design and deliver learner-centric sessions tailored to the audience's proficiency.
• Adapt training content and pedagogy to suit regional needs and school-level expectations.
• Coordinate with the academic team to review and enhance training modules.
• Maintain documentation, feedback reports, and participant progress records.

Contract Terms and Training

Contract Duration: Project-specific

Mandatory Pre-Joining Training: 15-day immersive training on EdTech tools, coding, and pedagogy

Training Venue: Delhi NCR or Allahabad

Note: Candidates must self-fund travel and accommodation for the pre-joining training.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Educational Requirements:

• B.Tech or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or related domains

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, C++, Scratch)
• Understanding of foundational AI concepts
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical ideas effectively

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across India via any mode of transport
• Enthusiasm for working in varied learning environments and rural/urban settings
• Commitment to personal development in teaching methodologies and communication
