Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Encompass the creation of a code list derived from collected verbatim responses, the categorization of survey responses, and the assignment of suitable codes
• Resolve moderately complex procedural issues, often requiring investigation and data gathering
• Support seniors in medium complex jobs and work on multiple coding tools
• Involve the client in each step from the kick of the call till the project delivery
• Run quality checks for the juniors, giving constructive feedback to the juniors to build a successful career
• Perform tasks like Loading data, matching counts, and generating outputs, by adhering to the standards of the coding process

Requirements:

• The Coding Analyst is responsible for creating a code list from gathered verbatim responses, categorizing survey responses, and assigning appropriate codes
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
