Job Overview:

We are seeking professional, certified, and passionate coaches to join our global coaching community. As a coach on our platform, you will provide one-on-one or group sessions to individuals seeking guidance in areas such as mindset, motivation, emotional growth, and goal achievement. You’ll bring your own coaching methodology, vision, and expertise to help clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured coaching sessions online (1:1 and/or group).

Apply defined tools and methodologies to support client transformation.

Set clear objectives and track the progress and impact of your sessions.

Engage clients with follow-up support and accountability.

React empathetically and professionally to various client needs, including emotional blocks or serious therapeutic cases.

Collaborate with the platform team to offer insights, content, and community value.

Participate in feedback loops, retention strategies, and continuous client development.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in life coaching, mental coaching, or personal development (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds (corporate, institutional, youth, senior, etc.).

Familiarity with online platforms (calendar tools, video calls, emails).

Strong communication, retention, and motivational skills.

Previous experience with coaching platforms or networks is a plus.

Ability to adapt to clients' emotional and developmental needs.

Willingness to conduct ethical, confidential, and inclusive sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified coach from a recognized coaching body or institution.

Affiliation with a supervision or regulatory body.

Willing to offer flexible pricing for vulnerable groups (youth, seniors, disabled clients).

Comfortable sharing personal vision, quotes, and values with the community.

Open to growing your online clientele and participating in platform growth.
