CloudSEK is hiring for the role of Co-Manage Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify, analyze, and respond to alerts generated by CloudSEK products and solutions
• Identify and understand potential scams, phishing attempts, and other fraudulent activities based on alerts generated by security systems and the latest trends from the market
• Identify and document vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security weaknesses in applications, systems, and networks
• Analytical skill in developing a deep understanding of clients' specific business environments, use cases, and operational requirements to tailor cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal security and research teams to improve product and service line up.
• Stay current with the latest vulnerabilities, exploits, and industry trends.
• Timely update clients on the status of their security posture, ongoing projects, and emerging threats.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles, and sop guidelines.
• Collaborate with the product management team to gather customer feedback and insights, and provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and exposure to the cyber threat landscape is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with cyber security products, including SIEM, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or security analytics, is highly desirable.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g.,CEH) are a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a logical and systematic approach.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including 24/7 coverage, to ensure seamless operation and support for our global customer base.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in technical or customer support.
