Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare CNC machines for operation by loading the appropriate tools and materials.
• Load CNC programs into the machine's control unit.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct frequent inspections and measurements of finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
• Select, load, and set cutting tools and fixtures as required for different jobs.
• Replace worn or damaged tools to maintain high-quality production.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Good communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.
• Adherence to safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
