Cluster Manager Credit Job in Unnao at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve loan proposals within defined authority.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality.
• Identify and mitigate credit risks within the cluster.
• Lead and guide branch credit teams for effective underwriting and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory norms.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate (preferably in Finance/Commerce).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of total experience, with at least 1 year in the current organization.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
