Aditya Birla Group is hiring for the role of Cluster Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive new orders through channel partners and achieve per target plan
- Drive and achieve billing as per the plan
- Have regular meetings with new and existing influencers, engage them, and extract consistent business
- Work closely with fabricator to develop dealer network, provide training, and make them production
- Have a quality audit in the fabricator’s factory and audit the product quality.
- Have a close watch on all open sites be proactive in service delivery and resolve issues in case of any escalation.
- Drive BTL activity in assigned areas with channel partners to create brand awareness
- Provide and monitor training to channel partners and their teams.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Graduate
- Minimum Experience Level: 2-5 Years
