Cluster Credit Manager Job in Coimbatore at Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Critical:

• Personal Discussion with High profile clients (> 15 lakh)
• Training for Sales/Operations/Credit team
• Handling critical loan cases which branch team cannot handle and need to visit personally
• Due Delligence (Suspicious transaction)
• Market feedback and practices followed by competitors to be shared with the management

Routine:

• Sanctioning of files across locations
• Personal Discusion with critical clients
• Daily hurdle meeting with sales team as well as the credit team
• Daily follow-up on audit resolution cases
• Ensuring that all the required documents are send to HO within TAT.
• Legal/Technical report follow up with the legal and technical team

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post graduation if any
• 6 years + experience required in the same field
• Understanding of products and market which needs to be handled. Legal and technical knowledge will be a added advantage
• MS Office
