Cloud Support Engineer Job in Navi Mumbai at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd

Job Description:

• Must have at least 8-10+ years of experience working with different servers such as Linux & Windows in their setup, configuration and any troubleshooting.
• Must have strong experience in setting up the AWS / Azure infrastructure and services with not just the basic web server setup but includes all advanced configurations such as load balancers, auto scaling, configuring alerts and monitoring services.
• Must have strong experience in setting up auto scaling of servers, configuring lambda services etc.
• Must have strong experience in server optimization & server hardening, applying cache control and troubleshooting.
• Must have good experience in automating the backups, setting up scheduled jobs, setting up the cloud watch alerts.
• Must have good experience in handling email services, troubleshooting mail server issues such as google mail, Google cloud, MS Exchange etc.
• Must be strong in writing shell scripts
• Must have very good experience in Bitbucket / Github repository setup and setting up the code pipeline for CI & CD. Experience with AWS Code pipeline & Code Deploy is a big advantage
• Must be strong with GIT commands and troubleshooting any code commit conflicts and any git issues.
• Must have good knowledge about security aspects and audit compliances on information security.
• Must be flexible with job timings.  Primary business hours - India business hours but depending on critical support required, must be ready to support outside the regular business hours.
• Will need to interact and liaise with other stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Will need to take complete ownership of the IT infrastructure and manage them efficiently
• Will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement process and best practices to bring down the cost of infrastructure ownership and provide best of the services to both the internal and external stakeholders.
• Will be responsible for working closely with the delivery heads and client servicing teams in supporting for all domain / hosting renewals and maintain proper records for such activities.
• Will need to work closely with the delivery team in closing any vulnerability issues and ensuring the security compliance for all projects and servers.

Qualification:

• Any graduation is required.
• AWS / Azure Certification required.
