Hewlett Enterprise is hiring for the role of Cloud Service Developer:

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain cloud services using Golang or C, with expertise in L2/L3 networking protocols.
• Contribute to microservices development, ensuring robust API and backend module implementations.
• Apply strong programming skills in GoLang (primary) and C++, with scripting experience in Python as a plus.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Wlan, MDNS, and Air group domain knowledge.
• Utilize a solid understanding of computer science/software engineering concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design and code reviews, and contribute to multi-release, generally available software.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, staying informed about industry trends.
• Apply familiarity with transport protocols such as WebSockets and gRPC.
• Implement design specifications, ensuring code quality through design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with QA and customer support teams, and work effectively with remote teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience in cloud service development.
• Minimum education at BS or MS level in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficient in GoLang (primary) and C++, with good scripting experience in Python.
• Knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols, Wlan, MDNS, and Air group domain.
• Familiarity with at least one flavor of Linux.
• Experience with transport protocols like WebSockets and gRPC.
• Familiarity with contemporary source code development tools and techniques.
• Ability to prepare design specifications, participate in design and code reviews, and collaborate with QA and customer support teams.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and working with remote teams.
• Additional skills in Cloud Architecture, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, DevOps, Full Stack Development, and Security-First Mindset are desirable.
