Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve ongoing understanding of the Cloud Marketplace to operationalize strategies for new and existing offering potential opportunities
• Compile market analysis and business case development for new offering opportunities
• Provide operational support and maintain relationships with the sales teams at all levels
• Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business metrics
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards
• Support different teams using sales tools and day-to-day operations
• Maintain and update cloud sales processes and procedures

Requirements:

• CSP Operations Expert with 2+ years of experience in operations/business analytics/project management
• B.Sc. Graduate in a relevant field
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done
• Data analysis experience, including expertise in different BI/analytical tools
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
• Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities/multiple projects
• Demonstrated expertise in business financials
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Strong executive presence and professional maturity
• Organized, methodical, and process-oriented
• Team player with the highest level of integrity, who looks to innovate and improve processes and programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
