RWS is hiring for the role of Cloud Platform Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design and implement cloud solutions using Azure services.
- Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and other Azure resources.
- Implement security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security groups.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Azure resources for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Automate resource provisioning and scaling.
- Diagnose and resolve Azure-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Keep up-to-date with Azure services, features, and updates.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and services.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.
- Understanding of Azure security controls and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
