Cloud Operations Specialist Job in Noida at UKG software

UKG is hiring for the role of Cloud Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deploying hotfixes for product fixes released by engineering.
• Applying service releases on all customer environments, including both shared and dedicated, following standard instructions.
• Executing system configuration changes as requested or recommended by the support team.
• Conducting database refreshes upon customer requests in coordination with the database team.
• Installing application patches to customer environments based on requests from support and other technical teams.
• Performing system health checks on live production environments and providing recommendations to customers.
• Applying quarterly legislative updates on all HR customers within the maintenance window.
• Working in shifts as per project requirements.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in release and deployment management for enterprise software applications hosted in private/public cloud, preferably in GCP.
• Experience with systems like Kronos, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Human Resources, Payroll, Time, and Labor is preferred.
• Experience in performing application-level health checks for customers and a good understanding of its importance.
• Ability to respond, troubleshoot, and resolve application-level issues/alerts for a remotely managed customer base.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology, and business solutions to a diverse customer base.
• Preferred experience working in service organizations, particularly in a 24/7 support model.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
• Well-versed with hands-on experience in supporting web applications with SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience in automation using scripting languages like PowerShell, .NET, etc. would be given preference.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Adherence to UKG best practices and the ability to guide the team to follow the same.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• GCP ACE certification is preferred.
