Pragma Edge is hiring for the role of Cloud Engineer Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines, networks, and other infrastructure components inside the cloud environments.
• Resource Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor cloud resources for performance and cost and assist in implementing optimization strategies.
• Support Cloud Projects:
  • Collaborate with senior Cloud Engineers to support the implementation of cloud projects, ensuring adherence to best practices leading to a great customer experience.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Work on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud services and infrastructure components.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures and compliance standards within the cloud environment.
  • Ensure compliance with timesheet tracking, audit logs, and other customer-centric requirements.
• Customer Centricity:
  • Foster a customer-centric approach in all aspects of cloud engineering activities.
    Collaborate with customers as per requirement to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum of 75% throughout their academics
• Knowledge on Git, any cloud
• Knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes/OCP
