Roles & Responsibilities –

• Design and development: Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services that meet the organization's requirements. This includes selecting the appropriate cloud platform, creating architecture diagrams, and developing automation scripts.
• Deployment and migration: Responsible for deploying new applications to the cloud and migrating existing applications from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. One must ensure that the migration process is seamless and does not disrupt the organization's operations.
• Monitoring and optimization: Monitor the performance of cloud-based systems and optimize resources to ensure cost- effectiveness and high availability. One also troubleshoots and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Security and compliance: Implement security measures like encryption and access controls and regularly audit the cloud environment to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, OCI, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Proficient in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Industry certification is plus.
