Hewlett Packard is hiring for the role of Cloud Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Designs and develops solutions that protect and manage cloud-native apps and data.
• Develops and coordinates cloud architecture over various areas, including application development, identity and access management, network and data management, and security.
• Collaborates with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
• Ensures efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions under company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
• Works with senior engineers in the design and deployment of software in cloud environments.
• Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around cloud platforms; executes strategic engineering proof of concepts around cloud platforms.
• Executes job using a driven Development (TDD) approach, and supports continuous integration and continuous deployment patterns.
• Works independently on moderate-scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in distributed & cloud computing, software & cloud design, programming languages, agile development methodologies, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and CSA certification preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, CSA certified
