Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitLab CI to streamline application deployments.
• Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters using GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
• Set up virtual machines, cloud run, cloud app engine, and cloud run.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like GCP Stackdriver, and Prometheus.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure infrastructure follows best practices for security, including implementing IAM policies, firewalls, and encryption within GCP.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software development, security, and product teams to provide guidance on cloud best practices and assist in cloud-native application development.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles, particularly with GCP.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such, as Google Compute Engine (GCE), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and related services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience in configuring and managing cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., GCP Stackdriver, Prometheus).
