Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Learn Successful delivery of assigned projects/tasks.
- Assist with cloud migration projects.
- Ensure flawless and timely execution of all customer-related requests.
- Advanced technical Knowledge through studying and passing certifications.
- Ensuring Tickets are closed on time.
- Steady growth in the number of tickets closed on a week-by-week basis.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding SLA guidelines
- Prepare and maintain all the project-related documents.
- Meeting Weekly and Monthly Ticket Quotas
- Exceeding SLA Guidelines every month
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in an engineering or computer science-related discipline
