Intuitive is hiring for the role of Clinical Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales plan tailored to the local market.
  • Develop expertise in all primary OR procedures to position oneself as a partner in surgical team development.
  • Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to the system.
  • Create a clinical plan for each surgical team to enable independent use of the system within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Promote da Vinci utilization by assisting surgical teams in selecting appropriate cases and ensuring consistent system usage.
  • Expand the user base by developing a qualified lead funnel with key hospital staff and thought leaders, including formal presentations and informal events.
  • Convert high-potential leads and conduct training activities.
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sales/procedure reporting, outcomes of sales activities, and expense report submission.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales track record, preferably with a surgical device company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) as required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
  • Clinical background preferred for growth potential.
