Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Initiating tax reclaim applications on behalf of clients.
• Working with partners in the UK to assemble supporting documentation requirements.
• Updating the core processing applications with transaction statuses.
• Updating and presenting key metric information to management.
• Responding to inquiries from client-facing staff.
• Ensuring 100% accuracy in processing daily deliverables.

Requirements: 

• Relevant Degree qualified and/or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrate strong administration and organization skills.
• Demonstrate acute attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and articulate, who possesses good communication skills.
• Demonstrate an awareness of risk and control.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment with conflicting priorities.
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills to review evolving market practices, assess oversight metrics and results, and identify trends.
• Able to give examples of your problem-solving skills and experiences.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
