Gartner is hiring for the role of Client Success Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Address client needs while maintaining relationships with key accounts via phone and email. 
• Update and maintain account information and content for our existing clients.
• Take ownership of your training and development by being proactive, asking questions, and identifying areas for growth.
• Connect with internal colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients and achieve team targets and goals.
• Execute key workflows such as client onboarding to set vendors up for long-term success.
• Receive, review, and process financial requests from clients promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify any patterns or issues affecting lead quality and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 0-2 years of relevant sales or customer support experience. 
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high level of professionalism. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.
• Interest in marketing, business, and technology.
