Client Success Partner Job in Mumbai at Accurate Background

Accurate Background is hiring for the role of Client Success Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Daily use data/reporting for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports (using a variety of systems that include Tableau, SSRS and other data reporting tools)
• Business Review creation, which involves compiling and summarizing data and preparing a visual presentation file for the Account Manager to share with our client.
• Resolve client’s escalated concerns or potential issues.
• Support new vendor account setups and assist with all parts of the go-live process.
• Participate in client conference calls and meetings as needed.
• Primary resource on client-driven special projects, including partnering with Account Managers on the growth and retention of managed accounts & the go-live experience for new clients.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Account Management/Customer Service experience.
• Experience in HR-related industry preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have a passion for data and understand how to analyze and spot trends or anomalies.
• Possess a consultative mindset, specifically to be used in problem solving.
• Highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Must take satisfaction in delivering quality work on time, especially under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we communicate directly with customers).
