Adecco is hiring for the role of Client Success Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage contractors/associates post assignment start date.
• Proactively engage with all associates through one-on-one or small group meetings.
• Reach out to new joiners on their start date, inducting them on policies and processes.
• Build relationships with associates to foster positive engagement.
• Maintain a tracker to log associate escalations/complaints.
• Coordinate with recruitment, onboarding (OB), and payroll teams as required.
• Ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Facilitate timely contractor on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities.
• Manage escalations from both associates and clients.
• Handle client escalations related to HR operations of staff deployed to different clients, resolving day-to-day HR issues within TAT.

Requirements:

• Know the regulations regarding Staff leasing
• Know the management and business development tools (CRM)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to all levels.
