Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Respond to client inquiries globally via telephone, email, and proprietary channels.
• Support FactSet applications and create custom models/screens.
• Solve complex financial queries using FactSet and Excel.
• Maintain proficiency in FactSet Workstation and related content.
• Ensure high-quality support following established procedures.
• Share suggestions for workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with teams like Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development.
• Meet performance targets and goals.
• Participate in internal meetings, training, and assigned projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and competitors.
• Receive informal monthly progress reviews and formal reviews every 6 months.
• Keep up to date with FactSet policies through MyRewards@FactSet.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance.
• Fluency in spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in advanced web searching.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest or experience in financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with creative thinking and minimal direction.
• Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.
• Positive team player attitude.
