Vertoz is hiring for the role of Client Servicing Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions.
- Accessing remotely any desk and team viewer.
- Supporting end clients to resolve their technical issues over the phone, chat, and tickets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ready to work in rotational shifts and (Night Shift)
- 5 days rotational week offs
- B.Com, BMS, BA BSc IT degree
