SHL is hiring for the role of Client Servicing Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
- Address operational issues and concerns promptly
- Comprehend project requirements, coordinate with resources, and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Oversee the successful implementation of projects assigned
- Maintain data hygiene and be accountable for preparing & submitting various reports
- Complete data management, maintenance, and backing up
- Coordinate with different stakeholders for departmental requirements
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Good interpersonal communications
- Knowledge of SQL, databases
Preferred:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage and coordinate with large teams
