Client Servicing Executive Job in Delhi at D and J Strategists Solutions LLP

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare Deck and do posting
• Work on ORMs
• Interact with clients daily and build a close and trusted relationship
• Manage clients’ day-to-day creative requirements
• Be able to take detailed briefs from clients and share them with creative teams
• Present creative works to clients for approval/modification
• Support the Account Manager to develop strategies and campaigns
• Monitor the effectiveness of communication and share progress reports
• Ensure timely deliveries of posts, creatives, and campaigns

Knowledge/ Skill Set Required:

• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Deep understanding of traditional and digital media
• Graduation degree in B.com, B.B.A., or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
• Previous agency experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Able to do time management and manage pressure
• Able to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly
• Good command of the English language.
