Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to discuss project progress and address any issues or feedback.
• Provide administrative support for client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
• Assist in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue.
