Responsibilities:

• Counseling the clients over the phone and through Emails.
• Should be able to convince the prospects and generate business for the company.
• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidate & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
• Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process and give a clear and accurate information based on the current immigration services & visa laws & policies.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identifying sales prospects and converting them into profitable business.
• Identifying and resolve client concerns by giving assistance on time.
• To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
  

Requirements:

• Prior industry experience in travel, global mobility or immigration is strongly preferred. 
• Ability to articulate regulatory and legal information in easily understood terms
• Confident in verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter and pro-active team member with a desire to show initiative, ownership, and commitment to the role
• Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly in new initiatives
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence effectively and sensitively, verbally and in writing
