Client Portfolio Onboarding Analyst Job in Gurgaon at BlackRock

Blackrock is hiring for the role of Client Portfolio Onboarding Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with colleagues across the business to ensure new BlackRock products & client mandates are accurately created, maintained, and terminated with Aladdin
• Manage the process of operational portfolio set-ups of all new clients & BLK products
• Build positive relationships across the organization by listening carefully to our internal partners
• Identify improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency
• Assist and support projects
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate database constraints and access controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide efficient database solutions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of asset management experience, with working knowledge of investment and servicing functions.
• Experience in the investment management business is highly desirable.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Familiarity with reading legal documents and ability to understand basic legal documents.
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience with business applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in SQL and Basic Python skills are considered advantageous for this role
