J.P. Morgan is hiring for the role of Client Operations - Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Connecting/Engaging with stakeholders to drive change and for better customer experience.
• Being Agile and Flexible in multi-tasking as per business needs.
• Managing and prioritizing initiatives that are requested by stakeholders.
• Reviewing documentation for entities such as Corporations, Trust, Private Holding Companies, and Individuals as per the policy/jurisdiction for all KYC/CDD documents and raising requests for information/documents.
• Assisting in Client Servicing activities.
• Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication.
• Managing new Client account openings and Performing account Maintenance activities (Client Communication, Suitability, Tax forms processing).

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of business practices
• Familiarity with local accounting and financial systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
