Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Client Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Complete day-to-day assigned tasks, including control reports, cash & position break resolution, inbox & dashboard monitoring, client and portfolio data maintenance, and daily subscription/redemption activity.
• Provide high-quality client service externally and internally.
• Address inquiries, perform controls, resolve problems, and mitigate risks for clients and internal BlackRock partners.
• Prepare and/or review reconciliations between BlackRock, Asset Manager, and Custodian Bank.
• Includes researching differences and resolving them accurately and on time.
• Perform ongoing maintenance of existing accounts to reflect client or account-level changes.
• Work with external service providers, internal team members, and other BlackRock groups to resolve identified issues.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives to improve the service offering.
• Outsourced Provider Services provides accounting & reporting services to 30+ accounting clients.
• Services include monthly accounting packages, quarterly footnote schedules, cash & position reconciliations, and portfolio performance calculations.
• The Reconciliation Analyst will reconcile cash balances, transactions, and positions; research and resolve differences; prepare reconciliations; and recommend/implement process improvements for Insurance Accounting clients.

• Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income securities, and derivative products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an aptitude for learning new applications.
• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Economics.
• Understanding of upstream processes impacting reconciliation and ability to correlate effects of changes.
• Flexible and open to new challenges; able to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail.
