TeamLease is hiring for the role of Client Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and business challenges.
  • Address client concerns and provide proactive solutions.
  • Strong relationship and periodical connect with client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and drive business growth.
  • 50% of time to be spent with growth accounts and top 10 maintenance accounts.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions as per client requirements.
  • Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to fulfill client hiring needs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and ensure high service levels.
  • Resolve service-related issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintaining, tracking and closure on the service issues.
  • Execution and monitoring of agreed deliverables in the contract.
  • Forecasting accuracy on erosion, project closures, any probable contract breach.
  • Provide clients with insights and workforce solutions aligned with market demands.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify staffing trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, recruitment, HR, and finance) to ensure seamless client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 – 6 years of experience in client management, account management, or sales within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Prior experience managing high-value accounts.
