Standard Chartered Bank is hiring for the role of Client Management Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers on documentation-related matters.
  • Deliver excellent service and advice to Corporate & Commercial Banking clients for channel activation, pre-transactional inquiries, and other channel-related issues.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end processes and services managed by CMF.
  • Engage with clients throughout the process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience.
  • Own and drive process execution, working closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service.
  • Adhere to first-time-right principles.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for process improvement and automation.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Partner with RMs, Product Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to solve client channel issues and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the Global IMO Model and adherence to DOIs.
  • Deliver excellent service against agreed service standards and minimal error rates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide effective orientation and guidance to new joiners.
  • Develop and implement a personal learning plan.
  • Successfully complete milestones in the personal learning plan.
  • Understand the regulatory framework and comply with relevant requirements.
  • Adhere to Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and report suspicious activity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit policies, external policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake periodic self-assessments of key controls.
  • Highlight significant issues/errors to the team leader.
  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Valued Behaviours and Code of Conduct.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
