Standard Chartered is hiring for the role of Client Management Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with RMs, Product Sales, and Operations to resolve client issues and enhance service.
• Implement the Global IMO Model and adhere to DOIs.
• Drive process efficiency, automation, and risk management improvements.
• Provide support for onboarding, CDD, credit documentation, and channel activations.
• Ensure accurate and timely account opening, static data maintenance, and offboarding.
• Deliver excellent service to Corporate and Commercial Banking clients.
• Develop and execute personal learning plans and support team onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, including risk reporting.
• Conduct self-assessments, maintain data confidentiality, and address control issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and perform other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain to both orchestrate and execute on processes and deliver exceptional client service and experience
• Ability to positively engage and build rapport with clients
• Strong writing and presenting skills in English
• Problem solver; looks for solutions and finds ways to progress despite blockages
• Strong drive to deliver
• Has a clear understanding of the client's needs being serviced
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Education - Graduate
