Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and assess potential clients and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage and maintain client relationships, building strong rapport and trust.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve our services.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and sharing ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
