Standard Charted is hiring for the role of Client Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Supporting the Portfolio Management team in managing client calls with respect to transactions and utilisation of limits
• Supporting PM team in enhancement of limits by coordinating with clients for details and documents and then coordinating with internal teams like IMO and GBS
• Collection of PSL documents from the customers
• Allocating of annual renewals and coordinating for completion of renewal documents
• other adhoc activities for PM team
• Support PM Head in miscellaneous activities.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications; Graduate having minimum 4 years experience in financial services industry
• Languages; Proficiency in English (must) , Hindi and  any other local languages ( optional).
• Communication Skills
• Knowledge of excel
• Proficiency in English
