Client Counsellor Job in Gurgaon at Sanesa Natural Farms LLP

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Client advisors/counsellors/consultants. 

Our Counselors are mentors that would be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. They are expected to assist clients throughout their initial journey with us, from bringing them onboard to explaining the full gamut of products and services available with us to enable complete understanding of our business to clients. 

The consultant serves as the primary contact for the client in initial days and is responsible for client satisfaction. She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent service to clients and represent client needs and goals within the organization. 

What you will do

• Take complete ownership for a group of clients - including onboarding, detailed counseling, regular follow-ups, and overall responsibility for the account. 

• Develop a deep understanding of the business process and clients needs. 

• Develop a trusted relationship with clients as their Consultants for any guidance. 

• Review the progress of every client relationship on an ongoing basis to understand the current level of stickiness of client and debottleneck services needed with different teams.

• Building cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the other teams.

What you will need 

• Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a client-first approach. 

• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively - oral and written. 

• Basic language and IT skills record the client journeys.
