Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of all deliverables, proactively communicating potential delays to clients.
• Act as a deep subject matter expert, lead discussions, provide solutions, create operational control framework, and drive for operational excellence and enhanced client experience.
• Proactively investigate, call out, and remediate calculation/billing issues/errors.
• Partner with peers to implement a consistent, scalable, and controllable operational platform.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in an operational/accounting/finance environment with a keen interest in client service and operational excellence.
• Intermediate to advanced level data analytic skills such as SQL and Excel, a strong interest in and capability for learning new applications and technical skills.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
