Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Call potential customers and confidently explain the benefits of opening a trading and Demat account with Pocketful.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the account opening journey.
• Request and collect necessary documents required for KYC and account activation.
• Assist customers step-by-step in completing their KYC process.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer information and follow up to ensure timely account opening.
• Build strong customer relationships through great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets and celebrate wins as a team!

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates who want to start a solid sales career in finance/stock markets.
• Confident speakers with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Attentive listeners who can understand customer concerns and resolve them quickly.
• People who are energetic, motivated, and passionate about meeting goals.
• Someone who loves talking to people and is not afraid of making calls.
• Basic understanding of the stock market is a bonus, but not mandatory.
