Gyansthan Education Services is hiring for the role of Client Acquisition and Partnership Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, educators, students, etc.)
• Establish relationships and converse with owners, directors, principals, trustees, of educational institutions in India.
• Conduct presentations and orientations to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in the education industry or edtech sector.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital tools.
