Deutsche Bank is hiring for the role of Clearing and Settlement Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Report to the client and the management
• Ensure that service levels are met and strive to exceed service levels
• Coordinate with the training team and Senior team members to ensure that all documentation, processes, and procedures are accurate and up to date and ensure that all staff are aware of these and follow them
• Plan and manage training and ensure staff are adequately trained
• Ensure ongoing coaching of team members and ensure personal development plans are in place for all team leaders and members
• Ensure productivity processes are robust and strive to improve productivity
• Manage the quality control process within the team, ensuring adherence to quality concepts and driving a process of continuous improvement in quality
• Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Promote awareness of the Escalation Matrix within the team and ensure adherence to the same
• Own the allocation and prioritization of all work
• Review and reallocate work as necessary
