UnitedHealthGroup is hiring for the job role of Claims Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for the accurate processing of claims
• Ability to understand and apply plan concepts to include Deductible, Coinsurance, Co-pay
  & Out-of-pocket.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Requirements:

• Fresher or 6 – 12 months of working experience in US HealthCare
• Graduation
• BTECH/BE/MCA/MBA/ B pharm/ M pharm are not eligible to apply
• Should be comfortable working night shifts and Work from the Office
• Basic healthcare knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to standard operating procedures
• Demonstrate efficient productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards
• Proven good communication skills with good spoken English and excellent written skills
