Claim Manager Job in Gurugram at Viaansh Insurance Brokers

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the insurance claim process from start to finish, ensuring that claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of claims adjusters and investigators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Review and approve claim settlements, ensuring that they are in line with policy terms and conditions, and that they are fair and reasonable.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the claims process and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of insurance regulations and trends, and ensure that the claims team is up-to-date with any changes or developments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders, and ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Working days:

• 6 days working, 2nd Saturday off
